Brady’s primary role as Construction Manager is to oversee all the construction elements of the business; including labour requirements, project management and estimating. He also coordinates team responsibilities and manages D-STAL Electrical’s market perception. Despite being a large-scale business that continues to grow, Brady is proud of the way D-STAL Electrical has maintained its core family values with a supportive culture and open lines of communication. Brady enjoys keeping active outside of work, with a particular interest in strength training to challenge himself both mentally and physically. He’s also currently enrolled in a Certificate III Furniture Construction Course.
Matt oversees the refrigeration estimations, ARC compliance, project management and refrigeration supervising at D-STAL. One aspect Matt find unique about the business is that between their four project managers, they’re able to fill a niche in Adelaide’s mechanical contracting by offering a service with excellent results, paired with complete project management for quality control and a streamlined process to avoid any complications on the job.
He’s proud that D-STAL offer experienced and high-quality tradesmen supported by full time office staff that ensure compliance standards and deadlines are met, as well as ongoing PC support.
Outside of work, Matt spends a lot of his free time renovating his 1980s-built character home which is located in the Adelaide Hills. Away from his home project he also like cricket, fishing, camping, 4WDing and spending time down the river.
Stewie’s job entails running numerous projects which involve mechanical electrical and BMS installs and heading up some of D-STALs larger projects with the help of his team. He gets great satisfaction out of watching projects successfully come together to achieve high-performance outcomes for their clients.
Stewie finds great rewards in working for a company that has made a name for itself in the mechanical industry, which has been involved in some of the biggest projects across Adelaide.
He says the company pride themselves on attention to detail and delivering projects on time, which is made possible through their great tradesmen and apprentices who continue to deliver projects to a high standard.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time socialising with friends and family—stating there’s rarely a quiet time between his trips to the river and nights out on the town. He’s also been known to enjoy long walks to the fridge to binge on Maltesers.
